The Transplant Coach

Honor your transplant journey without letting it constrain or define you.

My Approach

Navigating life before and after an organ transplant can be overwhelming and often lonely.

Even though they have the best intentions, those closest to you cannot fully understand or appreciate your daily mental, emotional, and physical challenges.

Finding steadiness and equanimity before and after your surgery is about not disregarding your health journey.

Rather, it’s about stepping forward with clarity into a more liberated version of who we are, from a place where we no longer live in fear.

You can feel the fullness of your life, regardless of your circumstances.

Our time is finite.

To live that time with a fear of dying is crippling. You have two options: you can either succumb to the fear and not leave your home because you’re afraid of what might happen, or you can use it as a source of inspiration and clarity to honor the gift of your life and the gift of your donor.

Which path will you choose?

Helping you live a life of fulfillment, liberation and happiness

About Jason

Only 40,000 people have a transplant in the United States each year.

Transplant patients are a small population, and those who have not been through it have difficulty understanding and appreciating the magnitude of all that it entails.

While your experience is unique, I understand what you are going through.

Because I’ve been where you are.

For more than two decades, I have lived with three autoimmune diseases, including one extremely rare liver disease. My health was relatively stable and predictable for most of that time, but that all began to change in June 2021. I was hospitalized every few months, and even when I hadn’t been admitted, I never knew what a given day would bring. Would I have joy and energy that day? Or would I be severely depleted, nauseous, and crippled by headaches and other symptoms?

I was listed for a liver transplant in June 2022, and in what can only be defined as a miracle, I received a directed donation from a stranger just four months later.

Now I’m on the other side of my surgery, and I’m living a full life because I have done the work to transform my life alongside the life-saving transformation of my body.

And now I’m on a mission to help every transplant patient do the same.

Joy, freedom, and liberation are all possible, and you can live a full life again.

Let me show you how.

“From a place of loving acceptance and open-ended invitation, Jason asks the hard questions you've been avoiding or didn't even know you needed to ask. He has helped me make big changes when incrementalism wasn't working, AND he has helped me see how sometimes a small habit change is the only thing needed to resolve an unmet need. I know I will leave any session with Jason feeling heard, seen, and inspired to continue growing.”
